 -Poverty 
> meaning- The state of being Poor
                  ,lack the means of 
                   providing material  needs or comfort 
>example- affordable warmth strategies
                 in general can  provide a
                 focus for local
                 action to eradicate fuel poverty 


-Destitution 
>meaning-  A deprivation or lack 
>example-  he died on 7 march 1935,in utter destitution,alone,without,
              even a priest to assist him in his last moments
-Inability
>meaning-lacking the power of perform 
>example-the two sides repaired to the shoes for refreshment but 
          were frustrated by an inability to get served.


-Incapable 
>meaning-not in a state to receive:not  receptive   not susceptible                                                                                                                                             
               not to admit;as, incapable of pain, or  pleasure 
               incapable of stain or injury
>example-In social issues, mutual distrust plays such a key role
               ,  rendering society incapable of 
                  engaging in concerted action

-Starvation
>meaning-the act of starving , or the state of being starved
>example-whatever the cause,some brain cells die from oxygen 
                starvation

-Dearth
>meaning-an insufficient quantity or number
>example-we are working toward no accidental fire death occurring in west Yorkshire  

-Thwart
>meaning-to prevent the occurrence, realization,or attainment
>example-thwarted ambitions greater use of 

Famine 
>meaning-a severe shortage
                (especially a shortage of food)
>example-you will be helping to alleviate
                 human family

                 world's finite resources

Drought
>meaning-Drought is a weather -related natural disaster
               .It is affects vast regions for month  or years it  has 
                an impact on food production and it reduces
                life expectancy and  the economic performances
               of large 
                regions or entire countries 
>example-the vast regions is the poorest in Brazil  and suffers
               from serve and recurring drought.
